Does size matter? The answer is YES, with Bilstein's large digressive piston and deflective disk valving, it allows the shock to control the short quick movements without harshness. This same diameter piston (different valving, of course) can be found in Bilstein shocks that are factory installed on large diesel pusher motorhomes so they are ideal to control the short quick movements in Hot Rods and Race applications without harshness.

TIP: Low is Cool, No Travel is NOT. Check to make sure there is proper clearance around the axle housing, exhaust, chassis etc.

Remember ride height changes when passengers fuel, luggage are added. This can be especially important with street rods, where travel is limited.
